A structured mind-body and nervous system program for women experiencing ongoing or prolonged stress.

 

This program blends CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Gentle Release and Vagus Nerve support, somatic tools, and integrative coaching to support your mind, emotional and physical wellbeing, and nervous system regulation. Over 8 weeks, we work gently with your body and mind to facilitate the release of long-held tension patterns, build emotional resilience, and create sustainable change.

This program is not crisis work. Instead, it provides a safe, structured space to explore patterns, build awareness, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What You Can Expect

Over 8 weeks, we move through 4 × 90-minute sessions held biweekly. Each session combines:

 

  • Body-led therapies: CranioSacral Therapy, Gentle Release, and Vagus Nerve support
  • Somatic awareness and reflection to notice physical, emotional, and mental patterns
  • Integrative coaching to explore beliefs, triggers, and habits
  • Practical tools to gently rewire stress patterns and support daily integration

 

Between sessions, you’ll receive:

  • Personalised follow-up reflections summarising insights and next steps
  • Guided practices for breathwork, grounding, somatic awareness, and vagus nerve regulation
  • Optional email or WhatsApp check-ins for support and accountability

 

How The Program Works

  • Regulation: Stabilise your nervous system and notice habitual stress patterns
  • Awareness: Explore underlying beliefs, triggers, and responses
  • Rewiring: Introduce simple, body-based tools and practices to gently interrupt old patterns
  • Integration: Consolidate insights and anchor calm into your body and daily life

 

The program also includes short, daily exercises that take just a few minutes, allowing you to integrate these shifts into your everyday life without overwhelm.

I provide a steady, compassionate presence, body-led therapies, reflective coaching, and guided practices to support insight, release, and transformation.

 

Your Role

Simply arrive as you are. Curiosity, honesty, and a gentle engagement with practices between sessions deepen results. You are not expected to “do it perfectly”. This is a shared, supportive process.

Gut & Glow 

4-Week Restorative Programme

A shorter, restorative programme designed to focus on skin health, gut support, and overall balance.

This programme works holistically with the gut–skin axis, recognising that your skin often reflects what’s happening within the body. By supporting digestion, the nervous system, and overall balance, your body and skin are given the space to repair, restore, and regain their natural radiance.

 

The gut is often referred to as the “second brain,” playing an important role in how we feel both physically and emotionally. Through its connection with the nervous system, it influences mood, stress levels, digestion, and skin health. When this system is out of balance, the body often begins to signal through both the skin and how we feel day to day.

 

You may notice signs such as:

  • Breakouts, sensitivity, redness, or dull skin
  • Skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, or eczema
  • Bloating, sluggish digestion, or discomfort
  • Low energy, brain fog, or poor concentration
  • Sleep disturbances or difficulty switching off
  • Feeling more anxious, stressed, or emotionally depleted

 

While not all skin concerns are directly linked to the gut, many can be influenced by internal balance.

 

Weekly Treatments

Week 1 – CranioFacial Massage

Supports circulation, eases facial tension, and stimulates key acupressure points linked to gut–skin health.

 

Week 2 – Gentle Release Therapy

Focused on the abdomen and digestive organs to support gut function, release tension, and encourage overall balance.

 

Week 3 – Facial Therapy

Uses natural botanical skincare, gua sha, cupping and electrotherapy to restore hydration, support skin barrier repair, and enhance radiance, while supporting nervous system calm.

 

Week 4 – CranioSacral Therapy

Supports gut function and nervous system regulation. This session helps integrate the work of the previous weeks, allowing the body and skin to restore from within.
