Craniosacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch, non-invasive therapy rooted in osteopathy. It works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord — along with the body’s fascia network.

 

Few body systems influence health and wellbeing as much as the central nervous system. Stress, injury, and emotional strain can create tension within the tissues that protect the brain and spinal cord, affecting how the body functions as a whole.

 

Using a light touch, CranioSacral Therapy helps release these tensions so the nervous system can relax and the body can self-correct. When the nervous system is supported in this way, many systems of the body can begin to rebalance naturally.

How Many Sessions Are Recommended?

For acute issues - such as recent injuries, mild headaches, or short-term stress, many people notice improvement in as few as 1–3 sessions, and in many cases a single session can bring noticeable relief.

For more chronic conditions - such as migraines, fibromyalgia, long-term back or neck pain, or unresolved trauma, the process often takes longer. In these cases, people commonly have a series of around six sessions, allowing the body to gradually release deeper layers of tension.

Self-care - Many clients also continue with ongoing sessions for preventative or wellness care, scheduling treatments monthly or bi-monthly to maintain balance and resilience.

Gentle Release Therapy

Gentle Release Therapy is a gentle yet powerful, light touch body therapy that supports the release of physical, emotional, and energetic tension, restoring flow, balance, and ease within the body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this treatment works with the body’s meridian pathways and acupressure points to support the natural movement of energy. When this flow is supported, the body is better able to regulate and rebalance itself.


Best for: deep relaxation, stress, fatigue, hormonal balance, and gentle support for the nervous system.

Vagus Nerve Therapy

Vagus Nerve Therapy is a deeply restorative 90-minute session designed to help calm the nervous system and support the body in releasing long-held stress patterns.

 

The Vagus Nerve is sometimes called the wandering nerve. It travels from the base of the brain through the neck, chest, heart, lungs, and digestive system, and plays a central role in sleep, digestion, mood, hormonal balance, and our sense of safety. When it has been holding stress for a long time, the body can remain in a subtle state of bracing — tight shoulders, a jaw that never quite unclenches, shallow breathing, or a mind that circles at 3am. Many people have simply come to accept this as normal.

 

It doesn’t have to be.

 

This treatment builds on the foundations of Gentle Release Therapy with additional techniques that support vagus nerve function and nervous system regulation. Using gentle therapeutic touch, acupressure points, and body-led techniques, the body is encouraged to soften, unwind, and restore balance.

 

Best for: nervous system overwhelm, burnout, difficulty switching off, or sleep disruption.

90-Minute Reset

0The 90-Minute Reset offers a deeper session that combines body-led therapy with integrative, reflective coaching. It is designed for times when you feel stuck, stressed, or simply need space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

 

Before your session, you’ll complete a short consultation form, allowing your time to be thoughtfully prepared around your individual needs, health history, and intentions. This helps us begin with clarity and make the session as supportive and effective as possible. Sessions may include CranioSacral Therapy, Gentle Release Therapy, Vagus Nerve support, and somatic awareness tools. Reflective coaching provides a supportive space to slow down, notice patterns in your thoughts and emotions, and gain fresh perspective. Rather than giving advice, it helps you clarify what’s happening inside your mind and body, uncover new options, and make conscious choices. Combined with body-centered techniques, it allows insights to settle deeply, helping you leave the session feeling grounded, clear, and empowered.

 

Best for: times when you would benefit from both therapeutic bodywork and a supportive space to pause, and seek greater clarity, perspective, or space to reflect during periods of stress, change, or life transition.
